A river crossing in the Kaiparowits Formation in what is now Utah. Above the water, left to right, is a single Pentaceratops (not known from the Kaiparowits but found in Utah), Nasutoceratops and Kosmoceratops, while a Utahceratops struggles to take a breath. Beneath the surface, a Utahceratops is pushed under by the Pentaceratops, while another is grabbed by the giant crocodilian Deinosuchus. Bottom right is a Brachychampsa. A large gar pike swims out of trouble. The birds are Mirarce.
