Crystal Palace Dinosaurs

And did those feet in ancient times… in the infernal forests of antedeluvian Albion, the terrible Adversary, mighty Megalosaurus, avails itself upon an elephantine Iguanodon. One of the pachydermal herbivore’s dull-witted companions uses its rhino-like horns to good effect in this primordial clash of terrible lizards. Beyond, in the sweltering mists, the armoured war toad Hylaeosaurus seeks safety in the solace of the swamps.

This piece was done in support of the Friends of the Crystal Palace Dinosaurs charity, who are raising money to support efforts to repair damage done to these famous, historically important sculptures. The art was auctioned on-line and raised £605.
